Possessing a visionary mindset and an unwavering commitment to public service, he also served as the Judicial Commissioner Revenue of the Ajmer district in Rajasthan, rendering administrative excellence during a crucial historical era.
As a renowned educationist, his core focus was to uplift the local communities of the Kandi region. To encourage the youth in their education and careers, he established the historic SBACS High School Bajwara and also created the SBACS Trust. This trust was created specifically for philanthropic, educational, and vocational activities to ensure that financial constraints would never stand in the way of learning.
Sardar Bahadur Amin Chand Soni is the great-grandfather of the husband of Mrs. Ambika Soni, Ex-Congress MP and Union Minister. Carrying forward this rich heritage of social welfare and dedication to the nation, the land for the SBACS AFPI Bajwara, Hoshiarpur was donated by the SBACS Trust under Mrs. Ambika Soni in 2019. Along with the land, the heritage buildings of the school were dedicated to the institute, establishing the foundation of our mission to prepare the youth of Punjab for careers in the Defence Forces.
